Unlike the busy tourist areas of PCB, The Beach Break is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Traffic is light, and the surrounding homes are mostly local residences, creating a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere perfect for relaxing.

    A king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa, soft linens, and extra pillows for a comfortable night's sleep.

    A fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, cookware, dishes, and a dining table. Easy to make breakfast, cook dinner, or skip restaurants when you want to stay in.

  3. Bathroom & Laundry

    A clean, modern bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, rain shower head, fresh towels, and a starter kit for your stay. The in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easier.

Everyday Comforts

Fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, central air conditioning, and two smart TVs for movie nights, streaming, and watching the game.

Two private patios provide space for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or relaxed evenings after the beach. Free parking is available on the property for up to 3 vehicles, with room for a trailer or RV.
