About The Beach Break Vacation Rental
Welcome to The Beach Break! We’re Natalia and Max, the owners and personal hosts of this one-bedroom vacation home in Panama City Beach.
We purchased the home, completed a full renovation, furnished each space, and continue making improvements every year. We also spend time here ourselves, so maintaining the home and creating a comfortable guest experience are personal to us.
When you stay at The Beach Break, you’ll communicate directly with us, never a property manager or call center. Whether you have questions before your trip, need a local recommendation, or need assistance during your stay, we’re easy to reach.
The home is professionally cleaned before every arrival, and all linens and towels are professionally laundered. We also provide a starter supply of household and bathroom essentials to make your arrival easier.

Bedroom
The private bedroom is designed for a comfortable night’s sleep. It features a king-size bed with a soft pillow-top mattress topper, high-quality cotton linens, extra pillows, and a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of room for clothing and luggage.
Guests frequently mention the comfortable bed, quality bedding, and how well they sleep here. The bedroom also has a smart TV, making it easy to stream a show or unwind with a movie after a day at the beach.

For families traveling with a baby, a foldable mini crib measuring 38x24 inches is available. Please bring your own fitted mini-crib sheet.
Living Room
The living room is bright and open, with large windows, comfortable seating, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for up to two additional guests. Because sleeper sofas are not always the most comfortable option, we provide a soft memory-foam topper to create a more supportive, bed-like sleeping surface.
A large smart TV is available for streaming, movie nights, or watching the game after a beach day. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are also provided if you need to check in with work during your stay.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is equipped for easy meals at home, whether you’re preparing breakfast before the beach, keeping drinks and snacks cold, or making a simple dinner after a full day outside.
A full-size refrigerator provides plenty of room for groceries and beach-day essentials. The dining table can also be used for meals, laptops, board games, or planning the next day’s adventures.
The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, glassware, serving bowls, cutting boards, utensils, and the everyday essentials needed for real cooking and not just reheating takeout.
Guests also have access to filtered drinking water through an 11-stage reverse-osmosis filtration system. A starter supply of dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels, coffee pods, salt, and pepper is provided.

Bathroom
The bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower that guests frequently mention in their reviews. Its spacious design is especially convenient for families who need additional room when bathing a young child.
Fresh bath towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, makeup remover, a dedicated makeup towel, and a quality hair dryer. The rain showerhead and starter toiletries make it easy to settle in after the beach without having to unpack everything immediately.

Laundry
A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the home and are available throughout your stay. In-unit laundry makes it easy to wash swimsuits, beach towels, workout clothes, and everyday clothing without leaving the property.
Guests staying for a week or longer appreciate being able to pack lighter and wash clothes as needed. It is especially helpful for families with children, who often use more towels, swimsuits, and clothing than expected during a beach vacation.

Private Patios
The Beach Break has two second-floor patios connected to the guest living space. One has an outdoor dining table for four, while the other provides seating for two.
Enjoy morning coffee, an outdoor meal, a quiet glass of wine in the evening, or a game of cornhole. Guests especially enjoy the shaded patio and back deck with string lights.
Because the home is in a quiet residential neighborhood rather than a large resort complex, the patios provide a peaceful place to relax while keeping you close to the beach.

Beach Gear Included
You don’t need to pack the bulky beach basics. The home includes beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a cooler, and a beach wagon.

The wagon makes it easier to carry towels, drinks, snacks, chairs, and children’s beach toys in one trip. The nearest public beach access is a five-minute walk from the home, with free parking also available near the beach access.

Parking
The Beach Break has two designated parking spaces directly in front of the home, with room for most passenger vehicles, trucks, and SUVs.
If you plan to bring an oversized vehicle or trailer, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether your setup can be accommodated.
