Staying at The Beach Break

House Rules & Stay Information

The Beach Break is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and many guests mention the peaceful atmosphere as one of their favorite parts of staying here. We work hard to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home while also being respectful of our neighbors.

Please review the information below before booking so you know what to expect during your stay.

Important Property Information

The guest living space is located on the second floor and requires climbing a full flight of exterior stairs. The property may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty using stairs.

For guests’ safety, the home is equipped with smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm. An exterior security camera faces the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM–10:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM
  • Self check-in: A personalized smart-lock access code will be provided before arrival.

Please do not arrive before the confirmed check-in time unless early check-in has been approved in advance. Our cleaning team needs the full turnover period to prepare the home for each guest.

Occupancy & Visitors

  • Maximum occupancy is four registered guests.
  • Only guests included in the reservation may enter or stay at the property.
  • Parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not permitted.
  • The primary guest must remain at the property for the duration of the reservation.

The four-person occupancy limit applies at all times and cannot be increased with air mattresses or other additional sleeping arrangements.

During Your Stay

  • No pets
  • No smoking or vaping inside the home
  • No parties or events
  • No commercial photography or filming
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum.

Age Requirement

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, complete the reservation, and stay at the property for the entire visit. We may request a valid government-issued photo ID to verify the primary guest’s identity and age.

Before You Leave

Before checking out:

  • Place all trash in the appropriate trash containers.
  • Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it.
  • Make sure you have collected all personal belongings.
  • Lock the door when leaving.
  • Send us a quick message confirming that you have checked out.

Checkout is by 10:00 AM so our cleaning team has enough time to prepare the home for arriving guests.
