We’re Natalia and Max, the owners and personal hosts of The Beach Break in Panama City Beach.

We purchased the home in 2022 and completed a full renovation, putting considerable thought and care into every space. With Max’s many years of construction experience, each improvement, repair, and update receives close personal attention.

The Beach Break is not an investment property managed from a distance. It is a home we know well, continue to improve, and enjoy with our own family.

A Special Place for Our Family

Our story with The Beach Break began with renovating the home and creating a welcoming place near the Gulf. During those years, we also welcomed our son, making this home and this chapter of our lives even more meaningful to us.

Some of our favorite things about this part of Florida are the beautiful Gulf sunsets, white-sand beaches, quiet residential streets, and relaxed atmosphere that keeps bringing us back.

We love sharing this special corner of Panama City Beach with our guests. We’re also happy to recommend nearby beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, family activities, and other local favorites.
